Like a morning sail through the bay in soft gray fog. This Earl Grey–infused scone folds in Crème de Cassis–soaked blueberries and finishes with a crisp lemon icing. Delicate, aromatic, and steeped in quiet sophistication.

Pastry flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter (milk, salt), Earl Grey–infused heavy cream (heavy cream, Earl Grey tea), dried blueberries soaked in crème de cassis (dried blueberries, crème de cassis [cassis juice, alcohol, sugar, natural flavors]),granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, lemon icing (powdered sugar, lemon juice, meringue powder [cornstarch, dried egg whites], lemon zest).
