Alcohol Infusion & Safety Standards
Bar & Batter operates fully within Maryland Cottage Food Law. Many of our desserts are inspired by classic spirits, wines, and liqueurs but they are always created with safety, compliance, and inclusivity in mind.
All alcohol-inspired products are prepared using reduction and baking methods that eliminate residual alcohol. Independent testing has confirmed that our desserts contain no measurable alcohol (0.0% ABV). As a result, our products do not require 21+ labeling and may be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
Our processes align with the guidelines set by the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission, and all applicable testing and documentation are maintained.
